I consider this my fool-proof fall-back top. I have it in 2 colors, and it never fails to act as a clothing security blanket. If I'm feeling icky (which occurs often at 7am), I can always rely on this shirt to be an easy, comfy option. I'd say my moccasins fall into the same category. This is my 2nd pair (the first popped a hole in 45-degree weather in Barcelona), and they have pretty much traveled with me everywhere and anywhere: Hawaii, Minnesota, the deepest darkest corners of Laguna Hills... I'm telling you, these bad boys are the perfect traveling shoe.
What are the never-fail go-to items in your closet?
I have a bunch of striped tops that I am constantly wearing too...they go with everything so it's such a no brainer outfit :) My button down shirts are another item I'll wear if I'm too tired to come up with an outfit. And I am still lusting after your monogram necklace!
