What is your favorite item in your closet?It's hard to play favorites with my clothes but i do love my original 1950's canary yellow ball dress, I always feel amazing when I put it on!!
Fashionably, what time period inspires you most?Definitely the 1940's to 1950's I've always felt i was born in the wrong era!!! I'm obsessed with the amazing silhouettes the dresses had and how dressing and makeup for the day was so important, and it works!! When I spend the morning applying makeup perfectly and choosing a cute dress, it sets the mood for the rest of my day!!
You are absolutely a vintage darling in the blogosphere! Do you have any tips for discovering the best finds?Aww I'm blushing!! Tips..hmm!! I would say spend a lot of time just scouring shops and taking the time to dig through the items, sometimes you will find a little gem hidden underneath a pile of jackets.
I'd also say keep an open mind if you find a cute vintage dress that is a little long or big before putting it back think if you can cinch it in with a cute belt or hem it a little to the perfect length!!
How do you adapt vintage pieces to modern fashion?I don't try and adapt vintage pieces too much. I love a good classic look but sometimes I will add modern jewellery or shoes or keep a natural makeup palette, it's all about the accessories!!
