Canadian Tux Once Again

Do we still call denim on denim Canadian tuxedos? Must I also wear a denim jacket for it to be considered a "tux?" Why was it ever called that in the first place? Either way, I'm still a fan. Also, for awhile, I was desperately certain that I needed a red blazer. I've had it for maybe a month and have only worn it once. I guess that desperation was over-exaggerated.

    HA, my husband's friend is visiting and every time we saw denim on denim this past weekend, he'd whisper about a Canadian tuxedo.
