I can safely say that if the forecast calls for rain, and I wear my rain boots, it will not rain. I've had these bad boys since December, and I think I've worn them 5-10 times, all on dry land. (Except for when I went on Splash Mountain in them. There was nothing dry about that experience.)

I got this dress at a lovely boutique in New York City with my mom a few years ago. I love it because not only is it super flattering, but its embellishments are so unique and special! Still, I've only worn it a few times and I'm not sure why! Since it's a neutral, it shouldn't be difficult to style it in versatile ways, but I'm having a brain roadblock! Do you all have any ideas on how to style this shirtdress?
