Friday's Fancies: Lace Love

This week's Friday's Fancies theme is Lace Love. Ooh la la! I am a huge fan of my own white lace dress! It's super versatile, and adds just a bit of femininity to any outfit! This little flippy number is perfect to transition from winter to spring! I like to wear my lace dress with some more menswear-inspired pieces to balance out the look! Go for a contrasting (perhaps oxblood?) pair of socks or tights, a trendy new leather baseball cap, and some wooden-heeled booties to anchor down the ensemble!

Oh boy! Could a Friday's Fancies theme be any more up my alley?! If you're a Daily Dani regular, you know I've been going crazy for layers lately! Layers are the perfect solution to cold weather while still maintaining your fashion sense! There is something about military style and chambray that works perfect for layering, along with cozy socks and a worn-in tee! I can't wait to rock a similar outfit ASAP! Birthday Celebration + A New 'Do

Since my birthday was on a Tuesday this year, and therefore spent at work all day & in class all night, I celebrated the Friday before! After a birthday hair chop (yikes!), my friends (and some family, too!) all came together for a big dinner at Haven Gastropub! I spent my evening surrounded by my best friends, eating truffle fries, and drinking Moscow Mules! What more could a birthday girl ask for?!
