Welcome to the Jungle

{Top: Lush via Luna Boutique | Leggings: Who knows? | Sandals: Steve Madden | Headband: Target}

These pictures display two very important facts: my love for animal print, and my complete inability to come up with creative poses. Any suggestions? I'd say my wardrobe ties between an excess of stripes and animal print, as you may have noticed so far. I remember trying this shirt on at Luna and thinking, "Well, this shirt just makes me happy." It's oversized, super comfy, and so easy to wear - top that off with some animal print, and all is well in my world. These sandals are also a very important staple in my wardrobe. Considering I bought them at T.J. Maxx for about $20, and have worn them nearly every day of the past 2 summers, I'd say I really succeeded in the "cost-per-wear" department. Thanks, So Cal, for treating me to summer weather so these sandals could keep on keepin' on. I am also proud to continue my "clothes that are as comfy as pajamas" trend.

Now, on another note: I was going to preface this link with "on a completely non-fashion related note," until I realized that my propensity for mismatched prints on my clothes and braids/flowers in my hair stemmed from this series in fine literature. (And let's not forget my former propensity for wearing overalls with one strap down.) The Baby-sitters Club: Where Are They Now? I seriously wish I wrote this!

  2. Adorable outfit. I love leggings and I love tunics especially if they are Leopard Print. I would wear this in a heartbeat, from your metallic flat sandals to your pretty wavy hair kept in a headband (another accessory I LOOOOVVVVVEEEEE!!!)
