Remember last week when I said mirror prints were popping up everywhere? Well, my wardrobe is no exception! When DX Mall contacted me about a collaboration, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how many fun and affordable pieces they offer! From a nearly endless collection of dresses to fun accessories to an assortment of home goods, and everything in-between but the kitchen sink, you could spend hours browsing their website! It took a lot of perusing (my chest is a tough fit, so I had to check all of their measurements!), but when I saw this dress, I knew I had to have it! It's such a fun twist on a classic LBD!

DX Mall has been kind enough to offer FIVE of my readers the opportunity to win any item up to $50 from their site! Use the Rafflecopter widget below to enter!

Friday's Fancies: Wedding Wear

Known to many as "wedding season," June is kicking off, and I'll bet your stack of invites is piling high! As you may have noticed yesterday, I went to a Lake Arrowhead cabin wedding earlier this month in a sheer maxi and wedges, and I think it was the perfect fit for their indie chic wedding!

Have a few nuptial soirees coming up this summer? Check out my ideas for some modern wedding wear!

{pumps / bracelets / clutch / dress}
Classic cocktail attire? Try a twist on the LBD with a fun mirror print! These fun, flattering, and totally wearable prints are popping up everywhere this season, and mixing a tropical vibe with basic black is perfect! Pair it with some cute and classic black pumps and neutral/metallic accessories and you are ready to dance the night away with your new favorite couple!
{dress / earrings / clutch / heels}
Summer evening wear required? You can't go wrong with a floral in a pretty neutral palette! Let your beautiful dress do the talking with minimal accessories and a bright clutch! Plus, with florals like this, you can just ignore the tacky bouquet toss. ;)
I am kind of obsessed with these heels… mixed neutrals are my jam!

You can absolutely never go wrong by wearing pastels to a wedding! Find a dress with built-in bling and you are seriously good to go! Keep your accessories light and feminine, with a touch of pink on your lips, and you are sure to look chic!

Are you headed to any weddings this season? What will you be wearing?

Celebrating in Style

{dress: express | shoes: target}
A couple weekends ago, I had the pleasure of spending a full Saturday rejoicing with my wonderful friends! One of my best friends, Katelyn, is having a baby boy this summer, and her baby shower happened to be on the same day as another one of my friends, Sara's, wedding to her now-husband Taylor! Since I'd be driving from home, out to Glendora, up to Lake Arrowhead, and back, all in a matter of about 24 hours, I knew I needed to choose an outfit that could go from day to night, from the city to the mountains, and keep me comfy all at the same time!

Ta-da! This dress was the *ding ding ding* hands-down winner! The partially sheer bottom makes it great to go from sunny to sunset, the beautiful print is unique but versatile, and it was so easy-breezy to throw on and go! Truth be told: I recently got this on a shopping trip with 2 of my gal pals… I "wasn't going to buy anything," but when 2 of us saw this dress, we couldn't resist - and when our 3rd friend saw us both in the check-out line ready to buy it it, she couldn't resist either! (We are just asking for a "bitch stole my look" moment!)

I am so happy for my beautiful friends, and I had a most amazing time from morning to night celebrating these lovely ladies!
